"Verify your identity" screen every launch

I got the code and able to actually play the game, but:
1. Why?
2. I want to play it in vr, and this "Verify your identity" screen is not operable with VR.

Just bought this and have the same issue. I can log in and play but I have to verify my EA account with a code every time I launch the game.

For those of us who cannot click anything, make sure before you launch the game that your controllers and flight sticks are not plugged in. Then you can interact with the options on the screen.

Absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ we have to unplug anything to click to close the garbage EA crap. has anyone come out with a mod to bypass this ♥♥♥♥? It's 2025... people wanna play games not sign in and verify I'm not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ alien EVERY TIME I PLAY or ATTEMPT TO PLAY A GAME. Who is worse? EA or UBISOFT
