I think you just answered your own question mate.
When comparing CPUs, the main thing is the core and thread count (in this case, both CPUs have 4 cores and 4 threads). Just Google the CPU and click on the first result and it'll say.
Speed is likely to be close enough to the same too, as is the case with these CPUs. So it's fine. GPU is more important with games anyway.
That would be above the minimum requirements so there's no need to try.
Though this is a common misunderstanding about PCs... DirectX and OS aside, anything can run anything. GPU etc. just dictates how much FPS you get at any resolution and graphics settings.
