Rhino X-55 issues

I'm trying to configure my Saitek Rhino X-55 HOTAS for the game. The setup is detected by the game, however the throttle is detected as "Stick 1" and the flight stick as "Stick 2" meaning that all of the control mappings are incorrect.

If I change the option to swap stick 1 and 2 - then my mouse stops working! It seems like it is now only taking input from the HOTAS for the menus.

How do I setup this controller?

You can try to rebind everything manually.
