Crossplay icons (nice to have)
Just as a nice-to-have.

Right now in the briefing room you see your own platform icon (so Steam on Steam players as I'm on that platform - I believe this is true of other platforms but with the appropriate icon of course!), but just the generic box for "any other platform" on the others. It'd be cool to see the icons of other players on other platforms.

Totally not important, but seems odd in a way that they bother to even have "your platform vs others" and not just show what the others are.

I think the other platforms do. There's an EA for Origin (or maybe it's the Origin O, been a while), I'm pretty sure I've seen a little Epic (blech) shield. I think the boxes are just consoles.

I've yet to see anything that isn't Steam or "console box". Shame the consoles don't show what they are if the other PC platforms are meant to.
Maybe I've just not come across other non-Steam PC players?

Right now it doesn't work in the sense that it only shows you if someone is on the same platform. I have had the game on steam, and now have it on origin, and asked some friends who have it on PS4. You can only ever see your platforms logo

Yeah that's what I thought was happening from my experience.
