3-5 fps higher means "you get 3-5 fps higher with the SSD" since the guy asked if you get more fps with a ssd.. dude really?.

Not necessarily. Games which rely heavily on streaming content into the level while playing can have some small fps benefits. But for the vast majority of games there is no noticeable performance gain and I doubt this game will be different. I would always recommend putting OS on an SSD but for games, a decent HDD will suffice.

Besides that, SSD are getting cheap. I don't have any HDDs left in my gaming pc and I'm happy with that.

3-5 fps is basically nothing. his point was the same as yours, that you basically dont get any frame difference.

3-5 is a difference. in witch the eye cant see.
still a difference in numbers.. an SSD dont give anything in numbers.

either way, do you know what you call a spaceship that an asian imperial pilot flies? Thai-fighter. BOM.!

not having at least solid state if not nvme at this point is a bit behind the times
only mechanical drive i have is for storage, solid states are pretty cheap these days so no excuse

Nvme isnt as worth it as much over solid state as solid state is over mechanical the leap is more load times than superior texture load

Rarely does it make any difference past loading and this game it certainly won't matter at all for performance.

Pretty sure I can tell the difference between 0 fps and 3 fps.

true facts still stand.. SSD makes no difference.
False. SSD can make a difference, including that in framerate and frame pacing. Did you even read what you searched for? Slow hard drives can induce stutter and frametime spikes – the behaviour an SSD solves.
