In fact a smuggler would likely sell out the rebels in a heartbeat for a payout and not getting executed.
Thats not the point I'm trying to make. OP is making Trandoshans out to sound like primitive beasts that would sooner eat you than work with you, but thats not the case as countless Transdoshans work as rebels, smugglers, mercenaries, etc. for various factions. Smugglers Alliance is one such faction and the SA had close ties to the Rebel Alliance/New Republic. Of course this is also Legends, but since Disney sucks at its own lore, Legends is the only thing to fill the gap.
