Report a translation problem
I'm using the EA app, and i believe so as I can import my steam friends to the EA App.
Customer online chat support was very helpfull each time, but this reactivating issue shouldn't happen at all. It's not only a waste of their time, but especially for the player as well as you have to collect the purchase/proof info in your emails to show them you are the owner of the game.
I recommend to open up a online chat ticket with EA support, it's faster than email. I hope it gets your game back soon!
I managed to fix the problem by logging into the EA App by clicking on the steam icon above username. It directs you to steam and you just need to follow the instructions indicated. Then just relaunch the game.
