Dragon Age Inquisition DLCs do not appear on the War Table. What to do?

EDIT: I bought the game with all the DLC's, and when I go to see the DLC list on Origin, it says "You have this content available on Steam. Please download it from Steam to add it to your game."
After seeing this, I went to Steam and the DLC's actually appear in the Additional Contents list, even saying that they have already been installed. But then I get to the War Table and nothing. I'm already at LV 30 something, in the last mission to face Corephyus (as it is spelled), the Black Emporium and Additional Maps should have appeared. I got to skyhold, so I know something should have popped up at least. I also dont have any of the DLC armor/weapons/mounts you get either. It loads in as a standard version of the game and not a GOTY edition.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the Steam App, now I'm waiting for the download to finish. But in case I've done it to no avail, does anyone know how I can solve this problem for the DLC's to appear on the War Table? Is it a problem with the PC, the settings or am I the one who's letting something pass so I don't release the DLC's in the game?

*SOLUTION*

-Go to this Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/3779

1) download and extract the ProfileOptions file
2) paste the file into %userprofile%\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save. Optionally backup your original file if you're paranoid
3) launch the game and enjoy

NOTE: Do NOT connect to the Dragon Age Keep or the game will break and you'll have to replace the file again. Yes that means you're locked out of online, but this is a game from 2014...

This is a bugfix acknowledged by EA Support and the EA Answers DA:I forum mods, and it's helped dozens of people since the community discovered it in late 2021. I have been providing the fixed ProfileOptions file via Discord DMs for months now, but wanted to upload the fix here for everyone's convenience.

The Frostback Basin (8 Power IIRC) and Deep Roads (16 Power) should actually appear as soon as you reach Skyhold, alongside the other new areas such as Emerald Graves, Exalted Plains, Emprise du Lion and Western Approach.

Trespasser (8 Power) only appears after you complete the main quest and defeat Corypheus.

Edit: Sorry, I forgot: the Emporium appears while you're still in Haven, once you've spent your Power Point to open up the Hinterlands. It's a 0-cost mission that shows up in the Free Marches along with a bunch of others, so it's easy to miss.

. Jaws of Hakkon and The Descent will not show up on the war table until you are at Skyhold. Trespasser will not show up until Corypheus is defeated.



If you are having problems with a game in general, the first thing to do is verify that your game files are good. The term varies depending on the game company's interface. For Origins, go to your game library, right click on the game and choose Repair. Clean installs should be the last resort and done only out of total desperation.

i've also repaired in both steam and Origins and reinstalled it twice.
