It can be hard to see because it's almost directly below a Varric-related mission in Kirkwall.
Only other possibility is that you don't have the Black Emporium DLC loaded for some reason. Might want to check that on the main page for DAI, there's a section that's called something like "Manage My nnn DLCs" where nnn is the number you own.

so im currently playing the vanilla version while having all dlcs/goty installed.
i probably have to contact the ea support but those guys are so useless.

this fixes it but i really want the keep connection.
Yeah.... get the Origin client to use for launching the game.....instead of steams shortcuts. Once you follow these instructions (link below) always use the Origin client to launch and not EA client or Steam shortcuts.
