So this is not just a rumor anymore if it is actually going to happen. Expect there to be a lot of videos about this on youtube and especially when it officially comes out. I also wonder how this would effect the parenthood game pack as well. Contrary to The Sims 3 and previous Sims games perhaps you can actually take your sims to high school with you similar to Discover University as an option that does not require any mods. Until more information is released about this pack I am skeptical that this pack is going to be any good, but I am hoping it will be overall better and have better reviews especially on Steam than Discover University. Mixed or positive reviews on Steam for example are better than mostly negative.

EA needs to learn from their mistake making My Wedding Stories Game pack and not repeat it especially for an expansion pack. If the pack is not broken expect it to have better reviews on Steam as well. Eat ♥♥♥♥ you money grubbing pieces of garbage. The only way I'd EVER consider your dumpster bin of spliced up game content is if you slap it ALL together into one "Special Edition" for $20, otherwise, GFY!

The Good: Sims Studio team has finally released an EP which the majority of the TS4 fan base has been begging them for over the last 8 years. So for once, they've FINALLY released an EP and not another niche/unpopular EP the likes of Bantu or TS3 Kate Perry Diabetic EP >,<

The Bad: Just like Bantu, it's grossly overpriced at 67% cost of a fully fledged game!

The Ugly: THIS IS NOT THE PROFESSIONAL DEV VERSION OF ZERBU'S AWARD WINNING GO TO SCHOOL MOD PPL. So DON'T set your expectations high for this EP. As you well know based on EA's past infamous track record. It's probably going to be released with even MORE bugs than Wedding Stories GP.

Overall TL DR Summary:

1. Do NOT buy the new EP when it comes out ppl. WAIT for the modding community and well known Simmers like LGR, Carl's Guide etc. to do their reviews & suggested fixes for this EP. Your wallet will love you for it. You have been WARNED.

Sadly, companies like EA NEVER learn from their mistakes. If they did, this pack would be cheaper or offer much more to the game while not breaking it. It isn't out yet, but it is a very high probability that it will be broken, buggy, and will break things yet again. In all seriousness, I wouldn't expect EA to release a decent working expansion anytime soon since they can't fix bugs that still exist in the game since Sims 4 was released.

There is no comparison between My Wedding Stories and other packs. No pack on The Sims 4 is nearly as broken as My Wedding Stories. At least the Werewolves game pack is less buggy than My Wedding Stories as well. And so, at least they tried. Not even Dream Home Decorator despite me not owning this pack and its controversy is nearly as broken as My Wedding Stories where the bugs appear to me more limited to the pack in general instead of base game while Wedding Stories in contrast also negatively effects base game as well. The very least they could have done is keep normal public weddings available as a third option to special (or in other words My Wedding Stories type weddings) and private weddings, but unfortunately EA never did that.

It sounds like an interesting topic but honestly is it going to live up to expectations? I feel like if they listened to their devout Sims community then maybe the packs wouldn't be so bad. Is bullying going to be implemented to make it realistic, or is it going to be a bunch of rainbows and sunshine?

Child and teen sims can also bully at home and even bully other kids from other households. At least that counts towards bullying. If it was all rainbows and sunshine at high school, but not at home that does not reflect reality in any way where in fact the opposite is actually true where kids are more likely to get bullied at a public school than at home. Plus, the expansion pack might even be boring if there was no bullying at high school.
