not earning a promotion?

so i just started the "astronaut" career and, even though i've earned the required job preformance, im not getting promoted. the preformance bar appears to be maxed out. is there another requirement for earning a promotion? i've tried doing the daily task but still nothing. im stuck at intern

Astronaut, my sim is at level 6
You sim have to reach other requirements in order to get the promotion too.
1. Logic Skill
2. Fitness Skill
Check if you sim have all the requirements to get the promotion already or not.

the performance has to be fully to the right w checkmark.
also as stated before you need the required skills.
