NPCC Mod Help please!

Good day darlings so i have installed the NPCC Mod which disables random townie generation and allows my created Sim do the NPC roles such as bartender, butler, postman, firefighter and so forth but I have a few questions which quite bothers me if i may.

So First question: when i use NPCC do i have to give my Sim manually the needed Skills?
If i want Sarah Mitchell for an example do the bartender role do i have to give her Bartending Skills

Or when i want John Goodman do the Gym Trainer role must i give him the athletic skills?
or does the Mod randomly pick up my sims and give them more randomly the needed roles?

If i have to give the skills myself however
Which skill belongs to which role?
Does a bartender or Gym Trainer need except from the obvious skills Charisma, Parenting or Logic?

Please help me out i asked this question on a Forum but no one answered.

Ohh and i have all Gamepacks and DLC‘s

No it doesn’t but i don‘t want Random picked up Sims doing the roles they were meant for my.
