A. open Settings in my computer I use windows
B. Go to Apps and Features and scroll down until you find your Visual C++ 2010/2013/2015-19 Redistributable files
C. Select each of the files and check if you can Modify/Edit do that and select repair for each of them.
If this is your problem after you repair these files it should prompt you to reset your pc. After I reset my PC origin finally launched.
