Lifted directly from the official forum post:
Here’s a full list of Hispanic Heritage items you’ll find in this update:
- New Object: Chiminea (grill)
- New Grilled Foods: Asado, Grilled Plantains, Churrasco, Pinchos, Choripan, Chimis, Chimichurri Skewers, Elotes, Pollo a la Brasa
- Outdoor Decor: Pottery, Arbor, Filetado-inspired sign/painting for backyard, kitchen, or restaurant use
- Painted Dining Set: Colorful Table and Chairs
- Clothing: Panama Hat, Huipil, Guayabera and new items with designs inspired by Mister Cartoon
Also includes a Florinda Pergola even though it isn't mentioned on the list.
The new Grill is called: Master del Grill.
You'll require a grill of some type in order to cook the various foods. This expands the food options at least.
yeah, i had to find them as well. the developers evidently spent more time putting a description on the food tooltips than setting up everything else. it seems very last moment, like they forgot a few things or didn't have the time.
as for the rest, you can either explore them out on the game or google/yahoo/duckduckgo up what exactly is added and see if there is a site that can fill in the missing blanks. i'm not completely on top of it either.
