Black Screen on Startup anyone got a fix?

I recently purchased this game and every time i start the game through Steam or Origin, it directly goes to a black screen. I go into task manager and it says it is not responding.

some things I've tried
-Reinstalling
-clearing and repairing cache through steam and origin
-making sure the game starts only through steam
-used a different version of windows
-ran as administrator

for some reason even when i try and start it through steam it will somehow open up Origin. anyone have the same issues or have a fix for that?

i would really like not to refund this game.

update your graphics driver from your graphics card manufacturer? Also, what is your OS? We are not mind readers and need to see if it meets the recommendations on the store page to run it.

I just bought the game and I am having the same issue... First time I am thinking of asking for a refund in steam...

I am using an ASUS rog G752VM laptop with windows 10 with the latest drivers in a graphics card nvidia gtx 1060.
