Ouch. I see. In that case, it seems like there might something wrong with the shaders like Mr. Pink said. If his advice won't help, however, I think you might unfortunately have to settle for running it in a lower resolution. This game is horrendously optimized for PC. Good luck in any case.
The game ran as expected for me and my PC, I'd say the game is mildly demanding. but even a modern mig-range PC should have no problem running it.

What graphics card do you have? I didnt see any on your profile.
So you have constant low FPS but without lag spiks / stuttering?
And I beg of you --- please do not hand me the dishonest line about "not having room for a desktop".
try disabling/uninstalling Sound Card:• Nahimic (Steelseries)
or try clean booting your laptop

have you tried the other crash fixes again?
