GTA Crash when you go internet cafe in Mission
Everytime when i try to pass this mission like you re going to internet cafe and activate your mail. So when i click to web it crashes. What should i do?

Verify the game installation yet?

Steam-client, Library, right-click on GTAIV, Properties, Local-files, Verify integrity of game cache.

i wish you ve told me that will delete my saves so i dont really know if it works or not because i start from the beginning. thanks.

Verifying the game cache should not delete your saves.

Same thing happened to me. Never could answer to family. Verifying game cache didn't help even if he found a few files broken. :(

yes it did so i needed to start from beginning however i came to same mission and it worked... thanks.
