GTA IV RAM

Soo, I have been trying to extend the 1gb of ram that the game give me, but I cant, I try with the commandline.txt and some command like:

-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-availablemem 1.5

but nothing happens, any other ideas?? I have window 7 by the way.
