Anybody know how to fix? I thought I could get over it but I can't. Its getting annoying.

Theres a few ways to get around this bug. One is to install patch 1.0.4.0 instead of 1.0.7.0 or either installing chinagreenelvis's enb.

i at one time had a fix when i was messing with settings on my enb but i never got to see what my seetings were... you see i was runing 1.25 icenhancer with some 1.3 files and a tweak form 1.35 and some files from 2.0n . i was tweaking my files and i ended up not only getting rid of my red sky bug but i also had my cutscenes fixed (there is a brightness problem for cutscenes with 1.0.7 ) so i ended up fixing both bugs with one stone. only problem is my computer crashed with a bsd (blue screen of death) and i had to reinstall my games thus losing my tweaks. but i for sure will post my results if i ever fix it again. but if you are running 1.0.7 there ia a shaderfix file that helps lessesn the red sky bug (when i say lessen i mean you wouldnt realize its there even though it is) as well as fixes brightness issues in cutscenes but at the cost of a few graphical errors . for example the manhole at the begining of the game when niko and roman are in the car has a black looking puddle around it. but thats the only problem i saw plus im working on fixing it my self.

I installed a patch that I found (really sorry I can't even remember where from) and it seems to have done the job okay. Red sky still happens but not very often and the cutscenes look better too. I just completed GTAIV, and the Episodes so I guess it doesn't matter that much anymore.

It's already been said but downgrade your GTA to v1.0.4.0 as ICEnhancer doesn't like newer versions.

i have this problem too
