Any way to change GTA IV camera to look like the GTA V camera?

I really like the camera positioning in GTA V, would love to have it in GTA IV and EFLC, is it possible to change it by tweaking some files, someone that knows about this please let me know.

For those who dont know what Im talking about:

Any idea where I can find such camera mods? I looked in gta4-mods.com but I could not find anything.
