Is it possible to add new ped skin without replace the original one?

Hi all.
I just went to my friend's house and play a bit of GTA V, which is nice, and now im thinking to mod my GTA IV make it look better so i can play it until GTA V comes out.
now i had check out some mod website and gotten some skin for both player and ped, my problem is the ped in the game can randomly generate different picese of their body part or clothing part, while the skins i download will replace random ped with just the new skin.
is there a way to add new ped without replace the old one? or if there is a way to add the new skin as subset in the original ped selection packs?

I think gta iv vanilla maxed out already looks pretty good
