Bad graphics quality and texture problem.
How to get graphics like in this video? What settings?

Also i have non textured grey road sometimes? How to fix it.

Go into your options menu, click Benchmark, run it then play the game. It will optimize the game for your PC.

Unless you have over 1gb card then it doesnt recognize memory so thats why i am asking him his specs, if you have a 1.5g graphics card or above then go to properties and set launch options and put -norestrictions as that may'be why he might not be able to set graphics (if that is the issue)

Lower your gfx settings, textures esepcially and shadows.

Your pc doesnt have enough gfx ram, simple.

Intel core i5-2310 3.2 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 1gb
4 gb memory.
I think its enough for 5 year old game?

Turn all the graphics up as high as they can go. Make sure texture filtering is on anisotropic x16 and not trilinear.

My apoligies, yes that is enought RAM / gfx RAm etc.

It seems something is corrupting the image then, here are some threads to look at and read through in order to help you pinpoint the issue.
