Problem signing in to Windoes Live ID

I'm trying to run a few games on Steam (on a Windows 7 PC) that need to connect to my Windows Live ID. It will not accept my password even though I can log into live.com / xbox.com fine with my ID. I have run these games (Batman Arkham City, GTA IV) fine earlier. I can also see that I own the games when I log into xbox.com. Any idea?

Have you linked your Rockstar Games Social Club account with your Games for Windows - Live account? If not, the following link might help...

Thanks for the tip. I have now linked the accounts, but the problem is still the same. The stupid thing is, if I click on the link for forgotten password in the sign-in window (when launching the game and trying to log in with my Windows Live-ID) - it takes me to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=76672 which redirects to https://accountservices.passport.net/uiresetpw.srf? But that page gives me a HTTP 404 error... So no help there. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.

It is because the game comes with an outdated version of GFWL here is the updated version download it and everything should work :) http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Live/PC/DownloadClient

Won't Start

When im in the loading screen im always in it i had my computer on for 30 mins and it never starts the game, i uninstall all my mods and the same thing happends HELP! just the loading screen forever!
