[SOLVED]"Warning: Your graphics settings are near,or exceed, the suggested resource imits for your system. It is recommend that you reduce your graphic settings in order to run the game optimally 202 / 2959MB".
I've made a commandline text file with: -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -availablevidmem 1.0
I changed 1.0 to 2.0, 3.0 and all the way up to 10.0

Any suggestions?

MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB
Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz (Haswell)
16 GB Ram

The -nomemrestrict and -norestrictions command lines work around that issue, allowing you to actually change your graphical settings, but the red text and the dire warning message don't actually go away. Nevertheless, as long as the Total Resources in the denominator of the resource information equation matches the amount of VRAM on your graphics card (in your case, 3000 MB), then you are already enjoying the benefit of the workaround.

As long as you can adjust your graphical settings, you can simply ignore the red text and dire warning message. If you did not have those command lines, you would see a Total Resource number of something ridiculously small (e.g. 256 MB), and you would not be able to change the graphical settings at all. If you don't believe me, feel free to try to change the settings without those two command lines.
