Open a browser and in the address bar type

http://192.168.2.1

You will then be prompted to enter a username and password, the defaults are

User: root
Pass: 123456

You should then be able to find a port forwarding config page.

Hope this helps :)

You shouldn't turn off vital network services like that. Unless you manually set a static IP for your computers, turning off DHCP could render your entire network unusable.

You need to follow the above instructions to get to the port forwarding page and forward these ports:

* UDP 3074
* UDP 88
* TCP 3074

If you need help learning how to forward you should be able to find the information on portfoward.com

Of course if you've figured it out you can just ignore this message. I'm only necro-posting because this is one of the first results on google when I look up "LCPDFR multiplayer port forwarding" (LCPD:FR is a mod for GTA IV). So I figured even if you've already fixed it I can still help out others who find this thread. Lemme know if you still need help though.
