GTA IV FATAL ERROR(MMA10): Out of memory - Please re-boot your system

Hi, I am trying to play GTA IV on a notebook with the following settings: windows 7 home premium 64bits, i7,8gb of RAM and GeForce GT 540M. But whenever I get to do the mission "Dust Off" the game crashes as soon as I start to fly the helicopter, reporting the following error: "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Out of memory - Please re-boot your system". I tried lowering all video settings to the lowest possible, however the game keeps crashing always in the same place.

Someone could tell me how can I solve this problem?

reinstall it? or just go to the libraby and right click the game, select properties, the local files tab, and verify integrity of game cache, if it doesnt help, reinstall the game...

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. I tried to verify the integrity of game cache, but did not solve the problem. I deleted the game and I'm downloading it again now.
