How can I play GTA IV in window mode?

Go into your library, right click on the GTA game, go to properties. Then in "Set Launch Options" type "-windowed" without the quotations! Note that changing your resolution will change the windowed size :] (Also the game's quality doesn't degrade in smaller windows, so text and some small icons are VERY hard to see at high resolutions and medium to small window sizes)
