Cant run the game
I bought the game in a local store yesterday for 5 bucks,
Now,I just tried to install it,Everything went fine,But when i click the logo to start the game,It says:RGSC.exe cannot start!

Please help

You need 2 updates before running the game. 1. RGSE.exe from here http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/RSGSC/index.html
and gfwl from here http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient

thats a pretty old version of the game you got, if you want mods or anything either update to 1.0.0.4 and follow the above instructions, or 1.0.0.7 and you wont need RGSC.exe
