Zolika's Trainer features a First Person camera you can bind to a specific button, you can even play around with FOV and other values to make the camera even better.

One of the options inside is known as "Recommended Settings" - these, and some FOV values tweaking can really take the perspective to another level.

If you're going for it, you might want to install the HQ Vehicle Interiors for IV, TLAD and TBoGT by Ash_735 over at the GTAForums. Together with First Person, this is one of the best mod combos out there.
