How do i get over 60 fps in GTA 4 ??
I have the specs to easily do it 16gb Ram AMD FX 8350, GTX 970 ASUS Strix why does it stutter can someone help thanks Happy Holidays

It's an unoptimized game that is pretty buggy, I have an i5 3470,12 gb of ram, and a GTX 750 TI and the game doesn't run that well, nontheless. try what is suggested on the post of this page

I have found fix that eliminates stutter/lag. For steam users enable steam overlay I am getting 60fps at 4k res everything maxed out looks pretty :D also use -availablevidmem 30.0 -nomemrestrict -norestrictions in launch options works excellent.
