Better ram xD...
I asked question in english, so I'd like to get answer also written in english. + availablevidmem is pointless here, its just disable options u wrote above...
I just got a new gaming lappy with windows 8 and had the same issues with the game not recognizing my vram. After fumbling around on and off during the day, I realized that each digit you put next to the -availablevidmem commandline adds around 24 megs of memory in the game.
What I ended up doing was putting -availablevidmem 70 in the launch option window via steam and the game recognized more than enough vram to max everything, including night shadows, and not go over the 2 gig limit.
Quick note, the night shadow option stayed grey until i hit the "recommended" settings tab, then BOOM! No more hassles. Enjoy fellas.
