I can't play at all.

I opened up GTA IV after downloading it and the first thing that pops up is social club. I clicked play offline but it didn't work it said "Not logged in: You are not currently logged into Social Club. Social Club account and login required to accres online multiplayer and video uploading to Social Club TV" I don't even want to play multiplayer. I made an account and pressed play. After that nothing happens. It shows a loading wheel but nothing happens? What the heck, this is so annoying

have you done any reading? the top sticky has a long list of things to try,

most common thing being to uninstall microsoft games for windows live then reinstall the newest one from the Xbox website.

come on guys, there's no excuse now. Ther are only two stickies for this game, one fixes the in-game settings problem, and the other spells out every step for fixing no-launch.

if you want help, you need to tell us/me what you've tried to get it working.

Like i've said now every 10 posts. 99% of no-run issues are fixed via uninstalling the current microsoft games for windows live ("uninstall a program") and then downloading the newest one from the XBOX Website, installing it, running it ONCE, and boom, game magically starts working. if this is NOT working for you, you need to make sure your OS is up to date, and go find the GTAIV.exe & set it to win 7, or XP SP3 compatibility mode.
