mouse slow movement

hello people , whenever i play gta iv when i move my mouse realy realy slow its not moving it in the game at all , it's very annoying when aiming at people and i need to move the mouse slow to land a shot on them but its not moving , if anyone have a fix for this it'll be much apprechiated.

I find it strange it is not mentioned more often. Its like people are not experiencing this. But they must suck or never have played an FPS before. The mouse in GTA IV is unacceptable. Moving the mouse slowly will make the game not register the movements. Im trying to find a fix. It is just like an extremely powerful mouse acceleration, if you move it faster it will move exponentially faster.

Yeah i know i only found 1 thread talking about this issue and my friends dont seem to encounter it and they are fps/tps players , if you find any fix for this crap please tell me ok?

Anyways, I had a friend release the fix[cdn.discordapp.com] a month ago. It's also bundled with Bulletspread fix and GFWL protection remover (so you don't crash if you're not using x live less and can use it with friends in multiplayer/private matches). Only compatible with latest patch of IV and EFLC (1080/1130).
Asi loader[cdn.discordapp.com] if you don't already have it.

july 2020, i had this problem on win 10, but not on win 7. Strange. I think something regarding mouse changed from win7 to win 10. I start having mouse acceleration issue on multiple games which don;t have on win 7 .

I FINALLY FOUND THE FIX!
it's quite simple, you just have to downgrade your gta. I found 1.0.8 to work for me just fine. There was a youtube video that just had me copy files over to do the downgrade and now the game actually works! Idk about multiplayer

My mouse movement is painfully slow as well but only in menus. In game it's fine. Is there a proper fix for it?

4 years later.... we want to play GTA IV Because rockstar can't fix there problem with peoples pcs being taken control of by modders.
