Fatal error WS10

[Sir Seal The Slippery]

I just bough the game and wanted to start it.
But it doesnt let me,for some reason.
I log into the social club,then i click on play.....and then a small black window pops op and i get the fatal error WS10 message.
I allready reinstalled the game,copied xlife files to the fta iv folder,restarted the pc and reinstalled windows life...i dont knwo what else to do.

Btw....i have the original game AND a cracked version.
The cracked version runs fine.
I can start the game without error and play.
The only problem is that there is a mission where you need to help roman at a basketball park(its a very early mission)but roman or anything else that is supposed to stand there,is not there.
That means,i move to the marker on the map but there is nothing.
So it must be a problem that came with the cracked version of the game.
Thats why i want to try the original version but its not working.
So i KNOW my computer can run the game.
I tryed it 4 days ago or something like that,and the cracked version worked.
I tryed the original version before but it didnt work.

Just needed to download some files and put them in my gta iv folder.
There is still a small black window appearing but the game starts.
Mybe it helps you too if you have the problem.
