ELS V8 wont work? please help, to many problems for gta 4.

so i started to get LCPDFR, then i noticed i need ELS V8, so i got it, but now, the mod wont work. i putted the installation stuff in gta 4 location (where the files are and stuff) whenever i press J, K, or L, the light bars arent blinking, theres only atleast 1 part of the light bar that is working, but it wont turn off, or anything at all. and the sirens; they are working. idk whats happening to my game, i reinstalled it 2 times, because my game was crashing because one of my mods. please help, and thank you for trying to help.

ELS 8 isn't required to be used with LCPDFR, and if you do install ELS 8 you need to also install ELS enabled vehicles as the vanilla vehicles do not work with ELS.

Also the game crashing is due to using mods period as the GTA engine is not designed for modifications as it's literally just a console port and nothing else.

i have skins for the police cars, that can work with ELS. ELS v8 worked before, but now only ELS v7 only works for me. i do not like ELS v7. i fixed the crash also, you just need to delete the save, start gta 4, then i can just put back my save again.
