I'm stuck at 99.50% game progress!!!

anyone knows what im missing? i done all that things need to be done in the checklist guide to completion

Not sure mate. At this point I would just download a save for the achievements,

Not now at a system that I can grab a GTA4 savegame from to check what it does and does not show, but check https://gtasnp.com/ and upload your save, from your Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/Profiles/<rgscid/ or some location close to that.

Only ever used it for missing pigeons, but I believe it shows any and all things needed for 100%.

EDIT: I believe 0.5% is by the way going to say it's a missing "Random character"

i have 12 random character in my stat and i already got the no more stranger achvement
