I contacted the support, they asked me to launch the game like you described but I got a black screen :/
(sry for my English, "me no American")
I do not know how to get ahold of Rockstar, or if they would even reply, but it seems that the problem has not been resolved within the thread here. I would try to reinstall the game, uninstalling then downloading as such again, but my internet is not all that great so I will just stick to lurking forums seeing if anyone else has this problem, and if they find a solution to it. For now though I am pretty content with the rest of the games I bought in the GTA Bundle, I just wish this would work, you know? If I find anything on any other websites I will tell you, and the others in this thread, personally.
