Can you run this in fullscreen windowed/windowed borderless?

It's really annoying to have to play this game in either fullscreen that makes my monitors go crazy when I tab in or out of the game or the useless windowed mode that isn't actually windowed because my mouse can't go off the game without alt+tab and it completely locks me out of the main monitor because for some reason nothing can go over the window.
