gta 4 fatal error texp60

Hi, I've like stopped playing my gta 4 for almost 2 months and after I returned I was surprise that the game is crashing and telling me that there is a fatal error texp60 which is could not render color and my graphics drivers are not updated (which is in the latest version) Then I manage to open the ballad gay of tony, the graphics of the game are not working, the cars are flying basically the map did not load successfully and when I switch to the main gta 4 again it shows fatal error texp60, help I dont know hot fix this and there are only few people who have reported about this. I am using a acer aspire lite 14

The TEXP60 thing is complaining about a DirectX issue, i.e., something on your system. Since others are not experiencing it, I'd first of all suggest to verify files through Steam (rightclick in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify, IIRC). Also, if you have modded the game with e.g. DXVK or some such you may need to start over clean.
