I lost my serial key

Hi,

"Your Serial Key is printed on the back of your game manual. Please enter the Serial Key in the text entry box provided below and then press the ‘Activate’ button. Your computer will then connect to a Product Activation server and request an Unlock License. "

But I purchased it on steam months ago on my old computer and that pc couldn't run this game, now I have a new one but I don't have my serial...
The official site also says:

"2.20 I have lost my game manual (or the email with the activation code) but I need the serial number for activation?
If you have the disc based version of the game, please contact the software publisher to solve this issue.
If you own an digital download version, please contact your point of purchase."

What do I do? ;$

Steam Library > Right-click "Grand Theft Auto IV" > View CD key

I keep right clicking the game but no cd key

CD Keys got removed with the new update but you can get your old one back by contacting Steam Support.

As long as you didn't format your PC, you can still recover your keys using these Securom tools:

Unzip and run the tools, both will show the respective game serial right after the text "activated with the following serial:".
