GTA IV Error SMPA60 HELP! / GTA IV Fehler SMPA60 Hilfe!

I need help with GTA IV! Everytime I start GTA IV after 2 minutes i get the Error SMPA60 and the game crashes. I tried to search for a solution in Google and they said it was an error in the savegames and suggested to change the savegames or to download new ones, but this doesn´t work even with new savegames. So I need help from the Steam Community. If someone has a solution please tell it me.
P.S: I dont have any mods installed!

ich brauche Hilfe mit GTA IV! Immer wenn ich GTA starte, kommt nach 2 Minuten der Fehler SMPA60 und das Spiel stürzt ab. Ich hab auch schon bei Google nach einer Lösung gesucht und die sagten, es sei ein Fehler in den Speicherständen und haben geraten den Speicherstand zu wechseln oder einen neuen runterzuladen, aber das funktioniert auch nicht selbst nicht mit neuen Spielständen. Deswegen wolte ich in der Steam Community fragen, ob jemand eine Lösung dafür hat.
P.S. : Ich habe keine Mods installiert!

The first thing you should always do if a game crashes is use Steam to verify the integrity of your game cache. Then exit Steam and restart the software. A cold boot of your hardware is also a good idea, just in case something in your operating system is not functioning correctly.
