Is there any way to disable the camera auto centering when I'm on foot?

It's really irritating to be constantly fighting with the camera for pretty much 99% of the game. Any help is appreciated

In my experience from playing back in 2014 until today, there's no way to fix this by using default settings. Although, I'm sure there are mods out there that fix this which Idk about.
