How about restored radio stations? Are they included also?
i didn't restore the radio stations. When i tried, i always run into some problems. I think i will try it for the future.

I never was a fan of commandline.txt in general. For most people these "tweaks" made the game worse and with latest patch you dont need it anymore in my opinion.
The .dll is way more handy and easy, because you have to consider that this works for all sizes of VRAM, where in the commandline it has to be specific to the system.
I tested this Radio downgrader... works perfectly !

The readme file states "Just drag & drop to your GTAIV-folder". What do I drag and drop? The file "GTAIV_Vanilla_Fixes_V1.6.2" or its content without the parent directory?

@ant_sh I have removed the old vegetation fix file from the package and updated it.
