I would recommend that you explore those issues first.

What exactly do you mean? I have Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash, and Windows Media Player all installed on my computer.
I checked forum posts from YEARS ago on google. People have been having these problems since 2008 or whenever the ♥♥♥♥ it came out, and more recently about 2 years people have been having the exact same problems that we're having with it now, and rockstar still hasn't patched it. So they make us jump through all these mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loops with very little success.
My suggestion is to demand a refund for not making the game playable on almost any computer, and just buy GTA V when it's available on your platform.
