How do I install mods?

I just wanted 3 mods for gta and I can't figure out where to put all the mod files. Can someone help me with this?

Well, it's said on the website that it might not work 100% of the time.They still need to make some tweaks to it.

dowload a mod you whant install the mod open the .rar file and open each file and slecet ALL files in that file untill there all in your gta 4 folder DONT MAKE A FOLDER FOR THE MODS that's what ive been told
or use youtube

now it's my turn lol i ran out of patience with gta 5 mods atm and want to see how modding is a little further back as i never had the ability to do such until recent by finally being able to pick up a pc powerful enough to do so. POOR GAMERS UNITE!

thanks very much its 2023 almost 10 years since first post and it still helped. i honestly love seeing relics of the past like this.

Definitely a weird feeling. Even shows how the memes have changed over the years since characters like Wesker have grown in popularity from a completely different game but using resident evil DLCs... If I ever remember that thread i will dig it up again. Smells just dank enough.
