Not currently available in your region

Hello guys
I bought GTA 4 few days ago and after buying it when I wanted to download it,it shows that this product is not currently available in your region ( it didn’t show before buying ) I changed my download region and nothing changed so do you think should I try again using VPN ( won’t it harm my account ? ) or should I try getting a refund from Steam? Oh and my account region is Argentina

I wouldn't try and bypass things with a VPN no. Since you say "refund from Steam" I suppose you bought the game directly on Steam and not from some third-party key seller, and as far as I'm aware, ability to buy on Steam should always mean ability to play on Steam as far as those region limits are concerned.

Getting a refund is a (normally) almost fully automatic process when the game's bought less than two weeks ago and has been played for less than two hours. You seemingly have 0 hours and still time left. If you really want GTA4 I'd contact Steam support and ask what's up.

A button to request assistance with GTA4 should be available directly when you go to Help -> Steam Support. One of the options under that purchase will I believe moreover be the mentioned automated refund option, but I'd in this case attempt a query to support first.

Sos de Argentina, GTA IV: The Complete Edition si esta disponible en Argentina, yo tambien soy de ahi y es de mis juegos mas jugados. Usar VPN esta en contra del Acuerdo de Suscriptor. Los compraste en la tienda? Si compras desde Argentina solo podes jugarlo en Argentina. Si no me equivoco, a los 90 dias podes jugarlo en cualquier parte. No uses VPN.

Tambien, la region de descarga no tiene nada que ver ♥♥♥ la region en la que uses el juego.

ok ok so if you downgrade to 10.70 or 10.80 you will use Games for windows live which is supported in argentina

the pros to this are
you can play
Multiplayer

but the ♥♥♥♥ are
you will need a key to play so you will have to buy another game for example kyne and lynch dead men which is just under 100 pesos but i did this and it is worth for a 100 pesos you get multiplayer and you will be able to play single player.

some games can only be 'purchase' in certain countries....I am in the USA....so Living In Puerto Rico...I can buy the same games they buy in Boston!!!!!!!!
