How to install Improved Animation Pack and Potential Grim?

Exactly what it says on the tin. I'm trying to figure out how to install the Improved Animation Pack by B Dawg and Potential Grim? Neither seem to be drag and drop affairs and I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to install them. I know Grim needs Open IV but I have no idea how to work it. Open IV feels so user-unfriendly without a proper guide or tutorial.

Improved Animations Pack has a Fusion Overloader setup download so it's a literal drag and drop if you have FusionFix.
