Can't add files in OpenIV even though Edit Mode is on

I can delete files in playerped.rpf but not add new ones. I'm currently playing the non downgraded CE with FusionFX.

Nvm i figured it out I was supposed to add it in the update folder which has the same files, but acts as the mod folder for FusionFX
