What is your problem running the game? For reference I have been in windows 11 a little while now and regularly play a few hours of this one because swings are fun.

On my Windows 11, Rockstar Games Launcher just won't open no matter how I try to launch the game. The Task Manager shows that the Launcher is running, but nothing happens and the game doesn't launch.

try reinstalling the launcher

I have similar problem it says to reinstall the game, I did it twice but nothing happens.

While the game is launching go in taskbar bottomright and click on the launcher

I play in win 11

from my side everything works well on win11, only last mission was a CPU issue/bug and i think also one mission in Ballad.

Run compatability for win 7 SP2 and run as admin.
