targeting problem

There is a problem with the mouse. While aiming, when you move the target slowly, the target does not slide, it detects it when you move it fast. Frankly, it does not detect slow movements of the mouse.

One of the well-known high FPS issues (I believe in combination with a high polling rate mouse, but whatever). Install FusionFix, which will supposedly fix it immediately, or if it doesn't yet use its then from the game options available framerate-limiter to cap to at most 60 FPS; 30 if you want to be rid of all issues.
